Eating Healthy While Traveling Day 1

I am in Brazil for the World Cup and plan to eat healthy during my trip. Yes I love soccer alot. While in Brazil, a goal of mine is to find healthy meals while in Brazil. Brazil is a meat-eating country so this might be a bit of a challenge for this non-meat eating mama. However I am determined to find healthy options and document all my meals.

Breakfast - Watermelon, Cantaloupe, granola with yoghurt and orange juice.

Dinner - Grilled Tilapia with a mushroom spinach spicy sauce and steamed vegetables. The sauce was great, however I ended up using much less than the amount given.
