ACV – Apple Cider Vinegar and Weight Loss



Touted as a remedy for obesity, taking a good dosage of apple cider vinegar (ACV) daily is said to lead to weight loss.

A Japanese research group indicated a connection between apple cider vinegar consumption and weight reduction. The research was done among obese Japanese subjects who were divided into different groups. Apparently, the group that consumed a certain amount of apple cider vinegar during the research ended up having reduced body weight, smaller body mass index, less visceral fat, and a smaller waist measurement than the group that didn’t consume apple cider vinegar.

So, is apple cider vinegar (ACV) the ultimate key to losing weight?  Is there some truth to this claim or is this just a fad that comes and goes? What other benefits can you get from it?
