An Up Close and Personal Interview with Food

Have you ever interviewed your food? Maybe a piece of fruit or a vegetable? How about some french fries or a hamburger? The chances are you have never thought about interviewing your food. I would like to change that and create an awareness in you to interview every morsel you put in your mouth and change the way you look at French fries or a salad forever. Not in a bad or a good way but a in a way that evokes change.

I normally ask my clients to do this when I work with them to help them determine foods that nourish them and the ones that don’t.

These are the questions you should ask prior to eating.

The beauty of this exercise is to create an awareness of what we put into our bodies. With the awareness you can make a decision. There are no right or wrong answers just answers that work for you and your body.
