The Weight Keeps Coming Back Part 2

Losing the weight can sometimes be the easy part of the process, maintaining is the real work that you have to continue over time. With losing weight, you have a goal and you focus on that goal until it is met, sometimes undergoing various routines ranging from sane to stressful methods. Your focus is on your goal of losing a certain amount of weight and you take your body through whatever is necessary (within reason) to achieve it.

You did it! You are now at your ideal weight. Yay! What’s next ? This is the beginning of the real journey and challenge. Maintaining your new and exciting new body. You have a new wardrobe and enjoy how you feel when you catch a glance of yourself in the mirror. However you begin to realize that the thrill and excitement of a weight loss goal is no longer there and maintaining your new body involves a different way of thinking.

My goal as a Certified Weight Loss Coach is to prepare you for the maintenance stage. The number one factor that will contribute to maintaining your ideal weight is eating only when you are hungry. A simple but true fact, that has helped all of my clients who have followed this simple but true formula. Categorizing eating into four types will help facilitate this process.
