If there’s one common thing that most women begin to experience in their 40’s, it’s weight gain! It does not happen overnight but it does feel that way for many. It is as if you’re weighing yourself one morning and suddenly notice the extra pounds. You’re left wondering “What just happened?” or maybe some other choice words come to mind 😉

It may feel like the extra weight gain happened just out of the blue, however, it occurred through a slow, steady process over the years. It is just that when you were younger, it was so much easier to lose weight. In the past, all you had to do was decrease your food portions and increase the number of times you exercised and you were back to your trim self. Not anymore. That isn’t the case now that you are in your 40’s or above.

Your body changes as you age — there’s no getting around that fact. Yes, the battle against the bulge can be more challenging at this life stage but you can no doubt win it! Yes, you can.
