#1 Question You Must Ask Yourself to Achieve Your 2015 Goal

We are 2 months away from the end of 2015 give or take a few days. This is a great time to look back at your 2015 goals. Have you achieved all of them? Are there some that you are yet to achieve? Well, if your answer is “Yes” and you want to attain a particular goal in 2015, the question below must be asked and answered honestly.

“Do I need help or can I do this on my own?”

A simple question that requires an honest answer. This question can be applied to any goal. If you are serious about achieving a goal, I encourage you to start with this question and dig deep to respond in an honest way. It’s easy to ignore this question and assume you can can do the work required on your own, the issue with that approach is that you might spend time trying to do it on your own, only to find out it you need to hire an expert.

I use this approach with my private clients. Some of my clients love to exercise on their own while others find it challenging to do long term. For those that find it challenging I suggest that they hire a personal trainer or join a fitness group right away. From personal experience I can tell you this works. After many years of working out alone off and on, I realized that for the past three years I have been consistent with my workout and owe my success to my workout group (Fitcamp) where we work out at 5:15am Tuesday through Friday.

Homework: Take a moment to look at your goals for 2015 and decide on at least one that you would like to achieve before the year is over. Ask the question, provide an honest answer, take the required steps to achieve it and end this year on a high note.
