5 Questions to ask yourself daily

It’s so easy to get caught up in the daily grind especially as we get older. You do the same thing day in and day out without even paying attention. It’s so easy to live life this way. If  your satisfied with living life this way this message is not for you. If you want more keep on reading.

Your brain is happy to just go with the flow if you let it. However going with the flow doesn’t allow you to grow. Going with the flow keeps you safe aka not living up to your desired potential.

One of the ways I get my brain working is by asking my brain 5 questions daily. I’ve listed a few of them below. Ask yourself 5 of these questions daily and you will notice a difference. Try it.

 

Daily Questions

1) How can I be an example of what’s possible?

2) What can I do to have fun today?

3) What can I do to make today better than yesterday?

4) What can I do to honor my body?

5) How can I live my best life (or Midlife)?

6) What are the positive things I love about me? 

7) How can I make myself  a priority so that I can give more to those that I love?

8) How can I be part of the solution?

9) Where I’m I enough?

10) What I’m I grateful for?

I love to lead with the good. Start your day by asking yourself some of these questions. A great way to start the day.
