Smoothie or juice? Blending or juicing?  Which one is better for your health? Wait — aren’t they the same

Well, both are drinks that are generally made with fruits and veggies but no, they’re not the same at all. So, what’s the key difference? It all boils down to fiber. Smoothies have loads of it; juices typically have very little.

In terms of health and nutrition, both smoothies and juices are great. But which one is better? Is one better over the other? Are there pitfalls to look out for with both? Watch the video and find out.

And oh, here’s the complete juice and smoothie recipe I demonstrated in the video above.

Carrot, Orange and Ginger Juice:

3 cups of chopped carrots
1 inch of ginger
3 peeled oranges

Green Smoothie:

1 cup or 250  ml of kale
1 inch of ginger
Juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 medium stalk of celery
1/2 of an apple
1/2 of an orange
1 cup of water

Try it for yourself. Trust me, it is not only healthy but it tastes so good too!
