The best time to lose weight

Have you said or heard this statement when it comes to losing weight?

“I’ll start on Monday”
“I’ll begin after I get back from vacation”
“I’ll start January 1st”

These are common statements made when starting a weight loss program.

“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.”

There is no advantage to starting tomorrow when you can start today.
What’s preventing you from starting today?

Losing weight is a journey. You start with the first step and keep on going. Some days your feet may wobble, other days you might be walking slowly and other days you might be walking fast. The beautiful thing about the process is you learn along the way as long as you keep moving.

It’s important to change how you think about weight loss. It’s not a daunting task that you should worry about but an empowerig journey filled with twists and turns.
