Embrace Your Fear

Embrace it, Feel it and Move on.


Have you noticed how fear eludes you when you are doing something you are completely comfortable with. You might feel fear while trying to swim or perhaps while trying to ride a bike if you have never done it before. All because it is something that you have never done before and still trying to master. However once  fear is embraced and you completely feel it you are able to move on and before you know it the butterflies within your stomach, disappear into thin air and you eventually realize you no longer feel fearful.

Fear needs to be embraced. Fear only comes around when you do something that matters. When you do something mundane, fear is nowhere to be found. Not even a hint of it. Now do something meaningful, audacious, amazing or bold  and fear is all up in your business. Seriously?  All of a sudden FEAR is right there trying to knock you off your feet.

Breathe and let FEAR penetrate every fiber of your being… That is all you need to completely embrace it. Once you embrace it then you can feel it and then move on, as you kick FEAR to the curb and give permission for your genius work to shine. Keep on shining and sharing your gift with the world and remember FEAR only shows up when you do something that matters.
