Hello Beautiful

When was the last time you did something just for you? Something you did for no other reason than because you wanted to. When was the last time you looked in the mirror and stared at your image and showed appreciation for the remarkable being staring back at you?

The remarkable being that manages to take care of everyone that needs her help and just sometimes or maybe a lot of the time ignores her own needs and desires.

What if you did something for you right now? How would that feel? Close your eyes, and think about what it would look like. Imagine whisking away to a beautiful place where you feel whole, where your heart and soul are full and your body is nourished. A place where you are free to be you (no masks required) and you are surrounded by amazing like-minded women. #ditchthemask

That place is closer than you think.

This October, you can experience self-care at its finest.

I am delighted to host the 2nd Annual Splendor and Sparkle event, an exclusive luxury event in Buckhead.

Splendor and Sparkle: Shine Don’t Hide Your Radiance

As a mother you probably spend more time coordinating sporting and social activities for your child than you do thinking about doing something for yourself or maybe you're a woman without kids that spends most of her waking hours working a corporate job or running your own business with little or not time for you. You might even fall into both categories, a mother working constantly inside and outside the home with no end in sight.

You find yourself exhausted and deep down you know it's not a sustainable way to live but not sure what to do to change things.

Consider this your personal invitation to attend Spendor and Sparkle, an event where like-minded women will gather together to re-learn the art of taking care of themselves without apologies.

You, I and intimate group of women (20 women to be exact) will enjoy an evening of delicious food while tackling tasks designed to encourage each remarkable woman in the group to shine in her own unique way. An event that will delight your senses, stimulate your intellect and nourish your soul.

What ladies are saying about Splendor and Sparkle

Last year I attended the fabulous, intimate and simply splendid event hosted by Kwavi at her beautiful home, the party was perfect. Kwavi is an amazing leader, life coach and friend. She is full of light and her positive energy is contagious. I love her passion and dedication to help others achieve their dreams! I love that she leads by example.

Her authenticity is what I love about her. She has inspired me to dream big and go after my goals, because of this event and her challenge to the group that evening I am doing what I dreamed of achieving this year! Cheers Kwavi!

Thank you for being you and for your friendship and support!

The first, most important statement I'd like to make is "It's been such a blessing having Kwavi as a friend". I say that because she is one of the kindest, giving, most generous and open-minded people I've ever known.

So, when we reconnected a few years ago, and I realized she was a life coach, speaker and held life building events, I was really thrilled.

I've attended quite a few of her events in the past 3 years, and they have changed my life! The Sparkle and Splendor event last fall was awesome in many ways. The setting was fabulous, the ladies who attended were of diverse backgrounds and from different walks of life, and what we discussed and shared was so powerful!

I left with so much inspiration and internal power to achieve and execute a part of my life calling which is now unfolding before my very eyes.

I also met many women, made new, strong friendships, and key connections. Three of these women I met at the event last year have been a big part of my new calling and brand new life venture.

So, Kwavi's events have simply changed my life.

If you're looking for a strong, empathetic and inspiring voice in your life, make the time to get to know Kwavi, all she stands for, and attend all her events.

Your life will turn around for the better. Mine has!

Kwavi's event was perfection from start to finish. As soon as I walked in I felt inspired by the interesting and unique women around me and Kwavi made the conversation flow so smoothly while at the same time probing us to go deeper into our personal goals. And the food was also delicious!!

S&S was an amazing evening! It was such a fun time meeting and connecting with a diverse group of women. I met women that have become mentors, clients, and friends.
