automatically charge your credit or debit card monthly for all fees and charges
due and payable to GLOBAL GRACE, without any additional authorization, for
which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree that GLOBAL GRACE is
authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to
complete the payment with its third-party payment services or providers. In the
event that payment is not received by the date due, you will have a three (3) day
grace period to make the payment otherwise we reserve the right to terminate
your access to the membership site, facebook group and all content immediately.
By using the membership site, Facebook group and Content, you understand and
agree that all sales are final and no refund will be issued.
4. Your use of any information or materials on this Website is entirely at your own
risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure

right to use your likeness and identify you as the author and individual depicted in

you or GLOBAL GRACE, or by name, email address, or screen name, for any

received in order for your enrollment to be accepted.To access certain features of
the Websites, including the private membership areas, you will need a username
and password. You will be required to create an account. You warrant that the
information you provide us is truthful and accurate, and that you are not
impersonating another person. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of any password you may use to access your Flourish user
account, and you agree not to transfer your password or user name, or lend or
otherwise transfer your use of or access to your user account, to any third
party. If GLOBAL GRACE has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have
provided false information, shared your username and password with anyone
else, or forwarded any non-public material from the Websites to any other
person, GLOBAL GRACE has the right to suspend or terminate your account and
refuse any and all current or future use of the Websites or its online material, in
whole or part, without refund.
